Where are my leads?
You should have received an email notification informing you of
the number of leads received and where to find them. To locate your new batch of
leads, go to the control panel and click on "Search Prospects By." Then select
option three: "MLM Opt-in Leads." Under this link you will find all your leads,
complete with names and phone numbers of prospects. You can make a copy of this list and print it for a handy reference.

Will my leads receive letters?
Your leads will start receiving email letters the day they are
entered into your system. These 21 email messages provide generic information
about starting a home-based business. Designed in multi-color HTML format, these
email letters make a big impact and generate a high response. Plus, at the top of each email,
prospects will find a link encouraging them to fill out an online survey. When
your leads complete the details of the survey, you immediately will be sent the
questions and answers of the survey. This information will provide you with
talking points when you contact these leads.

When should I call my prospects?
It is best to contact prospects after they have received the
fourth letter. Here's why: To win over a prospect, they must first have
interest, followed by trust in you to steer them in the right direction. These
prospects have requested information about home-based businesses, so the interest is there. These email letters will
establish the trust. There is no set rule on the exact timing, as long as you
call anytime after receipt of the fourth email. To aid your success, follow our

What if I can't reach a prospect by phone?
This is common. In today's mobile and technologically advanced
society, reaching a live person is often hampered by answering machines,
voicemail and caller ID. Increasingly, it is difficult to communicate by phone
only. The Timing and Positioning System solves this dilemma by offering a
two-tiered approach. Regular email correspondence supports your calling efforts.
Over time, this increases the chances of sponsoring these prospects into your
business.

What if prospects don't respond to the survey?
Some people will respond quickly to the survey. Others may
respond six months down the road. Just realize that this is just the beginning.
These prospects will receive 21 emails over the next 12 months. Some who are
only curious now may become serious in six months. The advantage of the Timing
and Positioning System is that it allows you to stay in touch, regardless of the
prospect's level of interest in the beginning.

Do I need to add my name or phone number to the letters?
No. When you registered with the Timing and Positioning System,
the phone number and name you provided will automatically be included in the
email letters, as well as at the top of your questionnaire. If you choose to
change your personal name to a company name or change the phone number, go to
the control panel and click on "Edit Account Info," then make your changes. This will automatically update your contact
information on all the letters.

How often can I buy leads?
You can buy leads daily, weekly, or monthly. There is no minimum
or maximum requirement for the number of leads purchased. You can place your
order by phone by calling 423-542-2156, or you can place an order on the
Internet by using your control panel.

Can I change the look of my entry, or splash, page on my
website?
Yes, we have 12 different splash pages to select. With a variety
of themes and colors, you can select a page that best matches your personal
tastes. Just go to the control panel and click on "Choose a Presentation." Then
select the template of your choice.
