done pursuant to a prior personal or business relationship with the
e-mail recipient, including but not limited to having obtained their
e-mail address through a verifiable opt-in procedure. We are committed
to protecting the rights and privacy of Internet users and we do not
allow the delivery of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) through our
system. 1665591 Ontario Ltd. enforces a strict policy
prohibiting the delivery of UCE, also known as SPAM. We expect our
clients to share this same commitment to permission-based email
delivery. All of our clients have understood and accepted our Anti-SPAM
policy, and it is their responsibility to adhere to our rules relating
to SPAM.

we will, and will not, deliver.
We do allow:

Clients must present evidence supporting this, and provide details of
the subscription/co-registration methods for collecting addresses.
- Abuser's Account Termination - Termination of clients' accounts who
fail to meet the requirements of our policy.
- Reporting Procedure - Every message sent through our system includes
